💕 You, my friend ARE a beautiful person inside and out. I know this because I believe God made you and God only creates beauty. You didn’t have these negative self image thoughts when you were a small child. These negative thoughts were instilled by a culture who doesn’t want you to treat your body with the respect that God wants you to treat it with. It’s not your fault- but now that you know, we need to fix it so you can once again, have the self image a beautiful innocent child has of themselves.

💕 My goals for you might be different than your goals. My goals for you are for you to start taking good care of your body & mind In honor of God. God made you and I’m certain He wants you to be strong physically and mentally.
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” -Romans 12:2
💕 It’s my mission to change the mindset of “I’m going to diet and exercise to punish myself” into “I’m going to start taking care of myself because I’m a beautiful creation”.
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.” -1 Corinthians 6:19-20
đź’• Let us honor The Holy Trinity with our bodies because we were created perfectly by God, graciously saved by Jesus and we are divinely guided by The Holy Spirit.
