Tiff’s Story (a testimonial)

I started training with Nichole in November of 2022 weighing in at almost 210 lbs. I had horrible self esteem and no sense of direction with my nutrition or fitness. I was at a loss. I tried countless fad diets and “guaranteed weight loss regimens” that were supposed to help me lose weight as a busy full time nurse, mom, and wife. It was an endless cycle until I met Nichole. I began training with her and it truly changed my life. We worked on strength training, nutrition changes and increasing cardiovascular exercise. She not only helped me be more informed but held me accountable and pushed me to do better. I slowly but steadily lost the weight while gaining muscle and self esteem. My goals changed from body measurements and a weight on the scale to hitting fitness related goals such as being able to do 25 pull ups and holding a plank for 2 minutes. (Which I slayed, lol) I have now been consistently weighing in at 140-150 over the last year. I’ve missed workouts and indulge from time to time, trust me, we love ice cream for dinner after a day on the lake but the foundation that she helped me build has been life altering and allowed me to be the best and healthiest version of myself for my family.
